1. Products & Orders

• We sell bicycle scooters (non-powered kick scooters for ages 5+), guard hands (protective gloves/mitts), and nightlight stickers (decorative lighting).

• Prices in USD. We may correct errors or change prices.

• Product images are illustrative; actual colors may vary due to monitor settings.

• We may cancel orders due to inventory limits, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

2. User Responsibilities & Safety

⚠️ IMPORTANT SAFETY WARNINGS

For Bicycle Scooters (ASTM F2264 Compliance, Ages 5+):

• Maximum user weight: 143 lbs (65 kg).

• Always wear appropriate protective gear (helmet, guard hands) when riding.

• Adult assembly required. Follow assembly instructions carefully. Improper assembly can cause instability or injury.

• Braking system requirements: ASTM has performance and labeling requirements for scooters to minimize user hazards. Check brakes before each ride and adjust if needed.

• Steering components (including handlebars, T-bar, and fork) must be properly secured and checked for tightness before each ride.

• Use on smooth, paved surfaces only. Avoid traffic, steep hills, and wet surfaces.

• Load testing and structural integrity: The product has been tested for various uses (including misuse) to analyze for failure.

• Not intended for children under 5 years of age.

For Guard Hands (Protective Gloves/Mitts – 16 CFR Part 1610 Compliance):

• Check for holes or tears before each use; replace if damaged (tears, thinning material).

• Not intended for protection against hazardous chemicals or sharp objects beyond normal use.

• Keep away from children – small parts/pieces may pose choking hazard.

• If glove is permanently labeled "FLAMMABLE," keep away from open flames.

For Nightlight Stickers (General Safety – CPSC Decorative Lighting):

• Follow installation instructions carefully.

• Do not exceed electrical ratings (if battery-operated).

• Keep away from children – small parts (batteries, dislodged stickers) may pose choking hazard.

• If product contains button/coin batteries, WARNING: Contains button cell battery. If swallowed, can cause serious injury or death. Keep away from children. Dispose of used batteries immediately.

• Do not use if packaging is damaged or if battery compartment is not securely closed.

• Not a toy.

3. Safety Standards Compliance

4. Exemption from Toy Safety Standard
Non-powered scooters as defined in ASTM F2264 are excluded from the scope of the mandatory toy safety standard (ASTM F963) as codified at 16 C.F.R. part 1250. This means they are not subject to toy-specific third-party testing and CPC certification, but they remain general-use products subject to CPSC oversight under other regulations.

5. General Certificate of Conformity (GCC)
For general-use products, we provide a General Certificate of Conformity (GCC) certifying compliance with applicable CPSC safety rules. For scooters that do not meet the definition of a children's product, the GCC is based on testing or a reasonable testing program.

6. Children's Product Certificate (CPC)
If any of our products are intended for children 12 and under, we would provide a Children's Product Certificate (CPC) based on third-party testing at a CPSC-accepted laboratory. CPC includes product identification, citation to each CPSC safety rule, manufacturer/importer information, date/place of manufacture, testing dates, and third-party laboratory identification.

7. Tracking Labels (16 CFR Part 1130)
For durable infant or toddler products and children's products, permanent tracking labels are affixed as required, containing manufacturer name, date of manufacture, model name/number, and U.S. contact information. Do not remove.

8. CPSC Reporting Obligations
The CPSC's Toy Safety Business Guidance applies to our products as applicable. As a retailer, we have a legal obligation under the Consumer Product Safety Act (CPSA) to report to CPSC within 24 hours after obtaining information that a product may create a substantial risk of injury. If you experience any safety issue with our products, report it immediately to us and to the CPSC at www.SaferProducts.gov.

9. California Proposition 65 Warning
Some products may contain chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm. When applicable, a Proposition 65 warning will be displayed on product pages and packaging.

10. Intellectual Property
All site content is our property and protected by copyright laws.

11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from product use or misuse (e.g., improper scooter assembly, riding without protective gear, battery incidents, sticker ingestion, accidents).

12. Governing Law
Governed by laws of the state in which seller is based.
