1. How long does shipping take?
Processing: 1-3 business days. Shipping: 5-10 business days (contiguous US). Bicycle scooters may ship via freight with extended delivery times (7-20 business days). You'll receive tracking via email.

2. What are shipping costs?
Calculated at checkout based on weight/destination. Bicycle scooters may have separate freight charges. Free standard shipping on qualifying orders.

3. Do you ship outside the contiguous US?
Currently, only to the contiguous 48 states.

4. What types of bicycle scooters do you offer?
We offer non-powered kick scooters for children ages 5 and up. Our scooters comply with ASTM F2264, the voluntary standard established to minimize hazards to user by the American Society for Testing and Materials. Covered in ASTM Volume 15.11, Committee F15, this standard covers performance requirements (loading testing, structural integrity, steering stability), test methods (wheel durability, impact testing, brake performance), and labeling requirements (age grading including "5+", safety warnings). The standard applies to products intended for use by ages 5+, requiring labeling of proper use, weight limits (max 143 lbs), and hazards warnings.

5. What is ASTM F2264?
ASTM F2264 is the Standard Consumer Safety Specification for Non-Powered Scooters. Published as ASTM F2264-14 (historical last updated Oct 2019) and maintained by Subcommittee F15.52, its primary objective is to minimize user risks as identified in the product scope. It requires all components (specifically the handlebars, T-bar, brakes, decks, wheels, and forks) to perform safely under both normal use and several types of foreseeable misuse. For purposes of other CPSC regulations, it is important to note that "Non-powered scooters as defined in ASTM F2264" are exempted from the scope of the federal toy safety standard (ASTM F963), despite still being considered recreational products governed by CPSC jurisdiction. This exemption is documented in the CPSC's Toy Safety Business Guidance under 16 C.F.R. part 1250, which defines exclusions covering non-powered scooters defined in ASTM F2264.

6. What types of guard hands (protective gear) do you offer?
We offer protective gloves/mitts for general safety use. These products are general-use products not intended as children's toys. They fall under CPSC general safety requirements including 16 CFR Part 1500 (no hazardous sharp edges/points under 16 CFR 1500.48/.49) and compliance with small parts ban under 16 CFR Part 1501 (must not contain accessible small parts creating choking hazards for children under 3). Additionally, as "garments" or "garment accessories," guard hands must comply with 16 CFR Part 1610 (Standard for the Flammability of Clothing Textiles) requiring testing for surface burning rate and char length. Products that do not meet Class 1 (normal flammability) criteria must be permanently labeled "FLAMMABLE (FAILS U.S. DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE STANDARD)."

7. What types of nightlight stickers do you offer?
We offer glow-in-the-dark or battery-operated nightlight stickers for decorative and safety illumination. These products are regulated as "seasonal and decorative lighting products" under CPSC guidelines. Key requirements include: no hazardous sharp points/edges per 16 CFR 1500.48/.49; must not contain small parts accessible to children under 3 per 16 CFR Part 1501; sticker adhesives and plastic materials must comply with 16 CFR Part 1303 (lead in surface coatings ≤90 ppm); and if able to dislodge small button/coin batteries, battery compartments must comply with UL 4200A child safety standards with required warning labeling.

8. Do you have a General Certificate of Conformity (GCC)?
Yes. For general-use products (non-powered scooters, guard hands, and nightlight stickers not intended for children 12 and under), we provide a General Certificate of Conformity (GCC) certifying compliance with all applicable CPSC safety rules. The GCC is based on testing or a reasonable testing program.

9. What is the Children's Product Certificate (CPC) requirement for children's products?
Under the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA), different standards apply for children's products (those intended primarily for children 12 years of age or younger). If any of our products fall under children's product certification requirements, we would provide a Children's Product Certificate (CPC) based on third-party testing at a CPSC-accepted laboratory, certifying compliance with mandatory toy safety standards, CPSIA lead (<100 ppm) and phthalates (<0.1%) limits, and 16 CFR Part 1130 tracking labels (manufacturer name, production date, batch number, country of origin) on product and packaging.

10. What are the tracking label requirements for children's products?
Per 16 CFR Part 1130, durable infant or toddler products and children's products must be permanently marked with the name of the domestic manufacturer or importer, U.S. address and phone number (toll-free if available), model name/number, and date of manufacture.

11. What is California Proposition 65?
Some products may contain chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm (e.g., lead in certain plastics, phthalates in soft grips). When applicable, a Proposition 65 warning will be displayed on product pages and packaging.

12. How do I care for my bicycle scooter?
